My dedication to service began with my studies in Community Service and Public Affairs at the University of Oregon (1971-1974), then enlisting in the US ARMY in 1974, and later a 20-year career as a social worker with the State of Oregon (1980-2000). Another 10 years in non-profits, working to empowering economically discouraged parents trying to still make movement going forward to build lives for their families.

These experiences instilled in me a deep understanding of resilience, community, and developing personal growth models - qualities I now aim to pass on to others through coaching.

As a skilled group facilitator, I have led mindfulness workshops and professional trainings on values and ethics, fostering clarity and productivity in personal and professional environments creating meaningful change. Luminating new paths of embracing change, and conquering the barrier of fears.
